Training

If you are unsure of the potential influence and involvement Network Rail or any other Rail company may have on your project, office based training may provide you with an ideal solution. Normally based around a half a day lasting 4 hours, but that can be extended to a more detailed full day, the session will cover topics such as:

  • BAPA's (Basic Asset Protection Agreement) and whether they apply to your site.

  • Covenants and Wayleaves

  • Mobile and Tower Cranes including over-sail licenses.

  • UTXs (Under-track Crossings), monitoring regimes, heave & settlement analysis

  • AIP F001, F002 and F003 Forms

  • Temporary Works including design and check requirements.

  • CRE and CEM nominations

  • Method Statements and Risk assessments. WPPs etc.

The courses are aimed at Project Manager level and above but we have found that these are of particularly help to those staff who manage multiple sites on a regional level such as Technical Directors.

A bespoke timetable can be agreed in advance if there are specific topics you wish to cover but please email us for more details and up to date prices.
